I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with a cool movie option, which was a great way to entertain kids. However, the decor seemed a bit outdated. Being located right above a Tesco convenience store was convenient. The hotel's proximity to music was enjoyable, but the overall experience was somewhat diminished by the noise.
Rooms

The rooms were great, although the decor felt a bit old.
Service

The service was a hit and miss. While some staff members like the young girl who plated our breakfast were excellent and helpful, others at the bar were lacking in attentiveness and service quality.
Location

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right by the river and close to shops and the bus station. Its central position made it convenient for exploring the town.
Dining

Dining at the hotel was not a highlight. The service from young girls at breakfast was subpar, leading to a disappointing experience. Although the food quality was decent at times, the lack of attention to details like providing a pot of tea/coffee was frustrating.

The hotel rooms were lovely and seemed to have been recently decorated, very comfortable and spacious, very clean with all the facilities we could want. However, it was very hot with no way to adjust heating and not looked after properly, feeling very dated now.

I found the rooms to be lovely and recently decorated, very comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities we could want. However, it was quite hot, and there was no way to adjust the heating. The room seemed a bit dated and not as well-maintained as expected.
Service
9.0
The service at the hotel was top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant, very highly recommended. They were so helpful with everything we needed and even handed out treats to my little girl every time we passed by. However, there was a minor incident where one staff member argued with us for a while even though he was in the wrong.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was great, with staff being very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice, offering a good variety of food to choose from. I couldn't fault the service at all, it was exceptional. However, it was very crowded at times and there was not sufficient seating available.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was haphazard to say the least. Although the food was tasty, it was a bit cold, and the plates were very small, reminiscent of a saucer.
Facilities
The hotel facilities were decent, but there were some areas that seemed lacking in maintenance. The dining area was slightly disappointing, and improvements could be made in terms of space and temperature of the food.

The hotel rooms could do with an update, but they were very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking around the city and over the Peace bridge, although not suitable for relaxation due to live and loud music. The service maintained a high standard overall, with warm and friendly staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes not meeting expectations. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent location that offered easy access to the city center and North Coast.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space, although lacking air conditioning which may not be a big issue in Irish weather. The nighttime warmth could be a concern. The service was a mix of professional and not so friendly encounters, with some staff being less customer-oriented. The location is superb for city exploration and access to bars and restaurants, but parking might be a challenge. The dining experience ranged from great with a good selection to poor with limited options and tasteless choices. Overall, the location and room comfort stood out positively against service and dining issues.

The service was top-notch, with all staff members being so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The location was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, although a bit crowded at times. I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was only marginally better than expected in size, but unfortunately lacked cleanliness with dusty chairs and marked curtains. The location was excellent and central to amenities, but the standard was poor due to a nearby car park charge. The service was fantastic, especially the gentleman at the reception who was excellent in sanitizing. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with freezing food in the room but a lovely dish served as requested with friendly service.
