"What can i say apart from if you are looking for a nice clean friendly comfortable hotel then citi hotel is the place..set in the middle of everything within walking distance..based next to the foyle river offering brilliant views of river at night comfortable beds and rooms have everything you could need staff so kind and friendly and a special thanks to a young lady that checked me out this morning as i was checky to her not for anything she did i wanted to see how she would responed professionally well done niamh..and thank you for fantasic night..i was on the 7th floor penthouse rooms and wow definitely if you get the opportunity to up grade please do so only complaint is as customers are leaving roof bar can be noisey in saying that roof bar wasnt open late.."

My arrival was not ideal. I found this inconvenient. The room was not properly equipped. There was no bottled water provided. I expected it in a hotel of this class. I also found the noise from ongoing work disruptive. It began early in the morning.

I found the parking situation frustrating. it was poorly signed and quite difficult to navigate from the main road. also, our room lacked basic amenities. There were no tissues or shower caps available.

the buffet breakfast was amazing (especially the sausages!). i loved the sunny room. it overlooked the river foyle. it had great views.
the gym was a bit small, however i enjoyed it.

i stayed in room 507 and the staff were very friendly! they were also helpful. they kept our bags after check out time while we went back into town. i had dinner in the bar and the young guy that served us really looked after us.

The hotel's location is a major advantage. It's very central (it's great). I also found the staff friendly and helpful . The pool area was a nice bonus to have .
I noticed that some areas of the hotel felt a little dated. A few touch-ups would really elevate the overall experience.

the location was great and allowed easy access to the city's attractions. My room included a large bed and ample wardrobe space. i found the bathroom to be clean and well stocked with toiletries.
Some of the hotel's decor appears a bit dated. The furniture design could use a Refresh.
